Electronic House Call™

Clinicians use the Electronic House Call remote patient monitoring device in combination with easy to use peripherals to help patients send their vital signs data and other qualitative question responses to their clinicians for review.

ExpressMD™ IVR

The ExpressMD IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service uses the latest in voice recognition technology to allow patients to answer their session questions and enter their vital signs data verbally or using the key pad from any touch tone phone.

ExpressMD™ Web App

The ExpressMD Web application makes it easy for clinicians to manage their patients’ care plans in real time.  Clinicians are able to schedule monitoring sessions and view vital signs readings in real time for patients using the Electronic House Call and the ExpressMD IVR.


The Department of Veteran Affairs has selected Authentidate as a supplier for its Telehealth Program, as an approved VA supplier. VA facilities throughout the country are now able to utilize Authentidate’s Electronic House Call™ and its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to remotely monitor patients and enhance patient care.
